Event Terms & Disclaimer

Last Update: July 31, 2026

All ticket purchases for Events with SoulPod ("the Event") are final and non-refundable, regardless of reason, including but not limited to changes of plans, illness, weather, or scheduling conflicts. Please book mindfully.

In the rare event that SoulPod cancels the Event, registered guests will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future SoulPod event, at SoulPod's discretion.

SoulPod reserves the right to modify the Event's start/end time, format, or facilitator lineup if necessary, and will notify registered guests of any material changes as soon as possible.

Assumption of Risk & Health Disclaimer

SoulPod’s events such as Consciousness Lab (but not limited to) includes guided meditation, Kundalini-style movement (kriya), and breathwork, which may involve physical exertion, changes in breathing patterns, and the potential for intense physical or emotional experiences (including but not limited to dizziness, tingling, temporary muscle tension/tetany, emotional release, or altered states of consciousness).

By registering for and attending the Event, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating and are solely responsible for your own physical and emotional wellbeing during the Event.

  • You do not have any medical, physical, or psychiatric condition that would make participation unsafe, including but not limited to: pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or a history of seizures, recent surgery, or serious mental health conditions — and you have consulted a physician if you have any concerns about your ability to safely participate.

  • SoulPod, its facilitators, and the venue are not providing medical or psychological treatment, diagnosis, or advice, and the Event is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care.

  • You may stop participating in any exercise at any time, and are encouraged to rest, modify, or opt out of any portion of the Event that does not feel safe for you.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by attending the Event, you release SoulPod, its founders, facilitators, employees, and the venue and its owners/operators from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SoulPod, its founders, facilitators, employees, and the venue and its owners/operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your acts or omissions during the Event, (b) any injury you cause to another guest, facilitator, or venue staff member, or (c) any damage you cause to the venue or its property. This does not apply to claims arising from SoulPod's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

No Guarantee of Results

SoulPod makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees regarding any specific outcome, result, or experience from participation in the Event, including but not limited to any particular physical, emotional, psychological, or spiritual state. Individual experiences vary significantly. Descriptions of the Event (including references to "elevated states of being" or similar language) reflect the intended design and aspiration of the experience, not a promised or guaranteed outcome.

Photo & Video Release

SoulPod may photograph, film, or record portions of the Event for use in marketing, social media, and promotional materials. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify a SoulPod team member upon arrival so we can accommodate you.

Code of Conduct

We ask all guests to engage respectfully with fellow participants, facilitators, and venue staff. SoulPod reserves the right to remove any guest engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which the Event takes place, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. This is intentional rather than naming one fixed state, since SoulPod holds events in multiple states and a single hard-coded choice of law may not be enforced in a state where the Event actually occurs.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to your participation in the Event shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. You and SoulPod each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class, collective, or representative action.

Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. This protects the rest of the release (e.g., the ordinary-negligence waiver) even if one specific clause — such as the arbitration provision in a particular state — is found unenforceable there.

Privacy

We value what is shared in the container of an Event and hold that expierence sacred. Any personal information collected during registration is handled in accordance with SoulPod's Privacy Policy.
